Finally, Google Chrome 15 beat Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) from Microsoft and become the most popular browser in the world.This is the first time Chrome is based on counting 15 defeat IE8 weekly web analytics firm StatCounter, Friday (12/16/2011).
StatCounter observations from 21 to 27 November 2011, 15 Chrome's market share across the globe at 23.63 percent, while IE8's market share of 23.5 percent. With this, Chrome winning 0.13 percent of IE8. While Mozilla Firefox 8 occupies the third position with a market share of 12.12 percent.
In fact, according to StatCounter observations in the period 21 to 27 November, IE8 is still the most popular browser with a market share far above any other browser, amounting to 40.09 percent. While Chrome accounted for 26.31 percent, followed by Firefox at 25.07 percent rate.
Regarding the increase in the Chrome user, when it's a lot of business people who switched to using Chrome version 15.
