A new smartphone from Nokia is detected from the appearance of the Nokia Remote Device Access (RDA). The new smartphone named Lumia 1001.
RDA service, which is intended for application developers (developer), is used to test online if they make an application to support other devices made by Nokia's S40 operating system, Symbian, MeeGo, and Maemo.
Surprisingly, the Lumia smartphone operating system Windows Phone, can appear there.
If you look at the model numbering scheme, Lumia 1001 smartphone will be targeting the upper middle segment. In addition, there is speculation that Lumia 1001 will be the first smartphone from Nokia is running an operating system Windows Phone 8.
This is not the first time the RDA service is used to reveal the latest product from Nokia. Previously, the RDA also generated 910 names Lumia, Lumia was most likely 900. This product has been marketed to Indonesia since last June.
